If your product needs to be returned for repair please follow these simple steps:
1) Download, print and fully complete the beyerdynamic returns form. To download the form, CLICK HERE.
2) Attach a copy of the original sales invoice (if the product is to be repaired under warranty).
3) Securely package the product enclosing our returns form and return to us at:
beyerdynamic, 17 Albert Drive, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 9TN.
4) Once we receive your return we will issue a GRN No, our service department will inspect the product and we
will email or fax you a quotation for the repair. If the product is beyond repair we will offer you a replacement
model at a discounted price. Examples of likely replacement costs are shown.
